The main span of the Hutong Yangtze River Bridge is 1092 meters long, which is 4 meters longer than the main span of the Sutong Bridge and more than twice the length of the Wuhan Tianxingzhou Yangtze River Bridge, the world’s longest road-rail bridge with a main span of 504 meters. It is the world's first road-rail bridge with a span of over one kilometer; the main tower of the bridge is 325 meters high, which is equivalent to a 100-story building. After completion, it will be the world's first road-rail dual-use cable-stayed bridge with a span of over one kilometer, with a total investment of 15 billion yuan.
